Age and Eligibility Requirements
Members must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate on 333ok. Participation by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a member registered while under 21, that account will be cancelled and all funds within it will be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are made only to the mobile banking method used for the deposit.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at 333ok receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 and a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
5.2 Other Promotions
333ok's other regular promotions include a weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, weekend deposit gift, birthday special reward and referral reward. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Bonuses may be cancelled if promotion terms are not met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Creating multiple accounts to receive bonuses, operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions through gameplay tactics is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Results
All game results on 333ok are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method. Each game has its own rules and RTP rate. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 333ok reserves the right to void that round.
6.2 Bets and Winnings
Once a bet has been placed in a game, it cannot be cancelled. If an internet connection is lost, the result of the ongoing game will be saved on the server and can be viewed upon the next login. Winnings are added directly to the account balance.
6.3 Sports Betting
In sports betting, odds may change after they are set, but once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that time are final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount may be refunded or recalculated — this depends on the circumstances of the event.

8.2 Closure by the Member
You may close your account at any time by contacting 333ok support. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no activity on an account for more than 12 months, it may be declared inactive. In this case, you will need to contact support to reactivate the account.
Limitation of Liability
333ok strives to provide the most reliable service possible, but the platform will not be held liable for the following:
- Any loss caused by a member's internet connection being interrupted
- Technical issues with third-party software or game providers
- Loss resulting from a member sharing their account details with a third party
- Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure situations
